Attendee Policy

By attending Chu 'n Brew, you agree to the following policy:

 

RISK STATEMENT

 

Attending any event inherently involves certain risks. By participating in the event, you acknowledge and accept all incidental risks associated with it, releasing Event Management, Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C., and their affiliates from any claims arising from or related to your attendance. Your ticket constitutes a revocable license, granting entry to the event subject to the management's policies. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject attendees not in compliance with these policies, without refund.

 

AGREEMENT

 

Purchasing or possessing tickets for Chu 'n Brew constitutes your irrevocable acceptance and agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions herein. You acknowledge that Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. may modify these terms and conditions without direct notification, with such revisions applying retroactively. Failure to agree to these terms and conditions prohibits ticket purchase.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT FOR EVENTS AT A BREWERY

 

For events held at a brewery where certain tickets include alcoholic beverages, attendees must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and consume such tickets. By purchasing tickets that include alcoholic beverages, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age and agree to present valid identification verifying your age upon entry to the event. Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any attendee who fails to provide satisfactory proof of age. Additionally, attendees under the legal drinking age may still attend the event but will not be eligible to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages included in certain ticket packages.

 

REVOCABLE LICENSE

 

Your ticket serves as a revocable license issued by Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C., granting access to the event venue. Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. reserves the right to revoke this license at any time for violation of terms and conditions or applicable laws, without additional notification.

 

LOST, STOLEN OR DESTROYED TICKETS

 

Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C., its processors, and agents bear no liability for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. Upon ticket delivery, you assume full responsibility for any associated risks, including loss or damage.

 

RESALE AND TRANSFER OF TICKETS

 

Resale or transfer of tickets by any means is strictly prohibited. Tickets are for personal use only, and obtaining tickets from unauthorized sources carries inherent risks, including potential invalidity.

 

NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH

 

Tickets hold no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

 

CHANGES TO LINE-UP, DATE OR VENUE

 

Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. reserves the right to change the venue, artist lineup, event times, or dates without prior notice or compensation. Failure to agree to these terms prohibits ticket purchase.

 

EVENT CANCELLATION BY Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C.

 

In the event of cancellation by Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C., options include issuing refunds or rescheduling the event within a specified period. Refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis, excluding shipping or handling fees.

 

FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS

 

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C.'s control, options include refunds, rescheduling, or cancellation without further obligation. Refunds, if issued, are limited to the face value of tickets.

 

POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT

 

Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event, change the venue, lineup, time, or date without additional notice or compensation.

 

NOTIFICATION OF EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

 

Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. will post notifications regarding event cancellation or postponement on the event website.

 

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL

 

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise specified. Event proceeds rain or shine, and standing room only.

 

“WILL CALL” TICKETING AND ACCEPTANCE

 

Will call tickets are virtual tickets, and acceptance is immediate upon purchase.

 

TICKET CONFIRMATIONS; PROOF OF DELIVERY

 

Your ticket confirmation serves as proof of delivery. Notify Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. if tickets are not received before the event.

 

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

 

You assume all risks associated with attending the event, including those not expressly outlined herein, and release Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. from any liability.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY

 

Event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

 

EVENT HAZARDS

 

You assume all risks of personal injury related to the event, including those arising from loud music, special effects, or other hazards.

 

LOUD MUSIC AND SPECIAL EFFECTS WARNING

 

Certain areas of the venue may feature loud music and special effects, which could impact individuals with certain health conditions.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

 

In exchange for consideration, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. and its affiliates from any injuries or claims related to the event.

 

RIGHT TO RECORD AND EXPLOIT YOUR IMAGE

 

In exchange for additional consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged herein by You and Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C., Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. and its contractors, shall have the right to publish, print, display, or otherwise publicly use for purposes of trade or for any commercial or advertising purpose the name, image, portrait, photograph, voice, or other likeness of You without Your additional express written or oral consent. Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. shall also have the right, but not the obligation, to use Your name, image, portrait, voice, photograph, or other likeness in connection with the resale or other distribution of literary, musical, or artistic productions or other articles of merchandise or property without Your additional consent in connection with any sale or distribution thereof. You further acknowledge and agree that Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. shall be the sole and exclusive owner of any work containing Your image. In exchange for additional consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged by You and Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C., Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. shall also have the right to record, utilize, publish, print, display, exploit, and publicly use Your name, image, likeness, and voice in medium, whether not existing or hereinafter created, including via any broadcast, re-broadcast, live stream, recording, or other reproduction of Your image at or about the Event, and whether in or out of context.

 

NO ILLICIT DRUGS; NO WEAPONS

 

Illicit drug use or possession of weapons at the event is strictly prohibited. Attendees consent to search and release Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. from liability related to prohibited items.

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES

 

Various items and activities are prohibited at the event, including outside food or beverages, unauthorized vending, and illegal conduct.

 

ASSIGNMENT

 

Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. retains the right to assign its rights and duties without notification or consent.

 

INTEGRATION CLAUSE

 

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C., superseding all prior understandings.

 

ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES

 

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration, with no right to bring or participate in class actions.

 

CHARGEBACK DISPUTES

 

Agreement to these terms prohibits chargeback disputes related to ticket purchases.

 

FOREIGN CURRENCY REFUNDS

 

Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. is not responsible for exchange rate losses and may not issue refunds for tickets purchased in the wrong currency.

 

SAFETY POLICIES

 

Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants, including attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, and guests. The following safety policies outline our commitment to maintaining security, promoting respect, and fostering a positive experience for everyone involved:

 

1. Zero Tolerance for Misbehavior: Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for violence, mistreatment, or harassment of any kind towards sponsors, staff, exhibitors, guests, or attendees. This policy applies not only during our events but also extends to interactions on social media platforms and Discord groups associated with the Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C.

 

2. Dignity and Respect: We believe that every individual, regardless of their role at the event, deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Acts of violence or sexual harassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

 

3. Reporting Incidents: Any incidents or concerns regarding violence or sexual harassment should be reported immediately to security or event staff. Show Management will promptly address and investigate all reported incidents or suggestions of violence or sexual harassment.

 

4. Avoiding Confrontation: Attendees, exhibitors, and staff are strongly discouraged from engaging in physical confrontations with individuals displaying violent behavior. Threats, intimidation, or any form of aggression, violence, or sexual harassment towards sponsors, attendees, exhibitors, or staff, whether prior to or during the event, will not be tolerated.

 

5. Definition of Threats: For the purposes of this policy, threats include but are not limited to verbal or physical harassment, attempts at intimidation, menacing gestures, displaying weapons, stalking, or any other behavior intended to intimidate or cause harm. This includes aggressive or harassing conduct on social media platforms or Discord groups associated with Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C.

 

6. Prohibition of Violent Acts: Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. expressly prohibits acts or threats of violence or sexual harassment by any attendee, exhibitor, or staff member within or around the convention facilities, or elsewhere at any time.

 

7. Enforcement and Consequences: Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. reserves the right to cancel exhibitor/vendor contracts and remove individuals from the event if any violation of these policies is reported or suspected.

 

We are dedicated to upholding these safety policies to ensure the well-being and security of all participants. By adhering to these guidelines, we can create a welcoming and secure environment for everyone at Chu ‘n Brew.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

 

By purchasing tickets, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to terms prohibiting ticket sharing or commercial use without consent. In exchange for additional consideration, which includes being of legal drinking age (21 years or older) for tickets that include alcoholic beverages, and agreeing that you must also be 21 years of age to purchase such tickets. By purchasing tickets that include alcoholic beverages, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age and agree to present valid identification verifying your age upon entry to the event. Seepersad Entertainment L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any attendee who fails to provide satisfactory proof of age. Additionally, attendees under the legal drinking age may still attend the event but will not be eligible to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages included in certain ticket packages.

 

No smoking or outside alcohol is permitted in the venue at any time.
